Taco Stand
Rent the taco truck, park on a real street, and sell to whoever walks up. Most of it is cash. Sometimes a customer pays in something that isn't.
Cops, EMS, army, and other government jobs can't do this one.
How to start
- Find the taco shop in Davis (the lot out front, not inside).
- Press E to rent a taco truck. That's a $4,000 deposit from your bank. Return the truck to the same lot to get it back.
- Drive away from the depot. You can't sell in the parking lot.
- Park on a real street or parking spot, stay in the truck, and press E to start selling.
The run
Customers walk up to the window. You'll do a handful of sales at each stop (usually four to six), then you have to move before you can sell again.
Stay in the parked truck. Hop out or roll away and the stop pauses — park again and press E to continue.
Don't park on roofs, interiors, or in the air. If the game doesn't treat it as a street, it won't let you sell.
Bring the truck back to the Davis lot and press E to return it. Leave it somewhere else and you lose the deposit.
Pay
Most sales are cash, about $2,500–$4,200 each.
A full stop is several of those in a row, so one park is often $10,000–$25,000 before anything extra.
The other payout
Sometimes you don't get cash. A customer might slip you heroin (about 10–25 bags, roughly one sale in five). If you're carrying dirty money, a little of it can come back clean while you work (~$400–$800 per sale that washes).
That's the shady side. A cop nearby when either of those happens is +1 star. Don't run the truck next to PD.
You still sell that heroin at a drug spot — the taco window isn't a dealer.
Rough pay
| One customer | About $2,500–$4,200 cash |
| One full stop | About $10,000–$25,000 |
| Deposit | $4,000 back when you return the truck |
Tips
- Drive a couple of blocks from the depot before you park.
- After a stop, move again. Same curb twice in a row won't work.
- Stay in the driver seat. The window is the job.
- If police are nearby, maybe don't start a stop — heroin and dirty washes can add a star.
- Government duty blocks the truck. Clock out first.
