Buy cars and bikes at dealerships, park them in a garage you own, and stash stuff in a house or warehouse. Helicopters need a hangar.
About 20% tax on vehicle buys.

Walk up, browse, test-drive (except helis), pay.

Stock rotates. Chat will say when a new batch lands. VIP can gate some models.
Personal cars are yours. Job vehicles (taxi, pizza, PD) are not scrap/export meat — see car exports.
Garages
Buy a garage at the marker. Tiers are roughly 2 / 6 / 12 slots, from a couple hundred thousand up into the millions, plus daily upkeep from your bank.
Store: drive in. Pull out / sell / replace: M menu or phone → Mechanic.
Hangars
Exterior pads. Sandy is the cheap one, LSIA and Higgins cost more (millions). No hangar, no Elitas purchase. Helis store on the pad, not in a car garage.
Vehicle insurance (phone, $75,000 / day) covers replacing a personal car. Not helicopters. Claims can still get denied.
Impound
If a tow driver dumped your car at Davis, that's where you pay to get it back. Fee is a base plus a chunk of the car's value. Then it spawns in the lot.

Daily charge hits your bank (early morning). Some houses are VIP-gated.
Phone → Properties is the management app.
Tips
- Buy the garage before the car if you don't want to live in impound.
- Hangar before Elitas. The shop will bounce you.
- Insurance is daily and it still fails sometimes. Don't treat it as a refund button.
- M menu is faster than walking back to the door once you own the place.
