Car Exports

Steal a street car and sell it. There are three drop-offs / jobs in this loop — don't mix them up.

  • Scrapyard — cheap beaters. Desert junkyard.
  • Exports — nicer cars. Port docks.
  • MWV — Merryweather's Most Wanted Vehicle. Same docks as exports, but everyone can see you and the payout climbs until someone delivers it.

Cops and EMS can't scrap or export. Personal garage cars, job vehicles (taxi, pizza, trucks), and admin-spawned cars don't count. Steal it off the street.

Get in as the driver. If the car is worth something, you'll get a prompt with the payout and E to set a GPS. Wrecked cars pay less — down to about 15% if it's toast.

Payouts below are before damage, in good shape. 80% is cash. 20% is dirty money.

After a successful scrap or export you're on a 2 minute cooldown, and you pick up 2 stars.

Scrapyard

Lower-end street cars only. The map blip is Vehicle Scrapyard — the junkyard in the Grand Senora Desert, east of Harmony.

  1. Steal a beater (sedans, old coupes, muscle that's not fancy).
  2. Press E when the prompt says scrapyard, and follow the GPS.
  3. Pull into the checkpoint, hop out, and hold the progress bar.

Bring a scrap car to the docks and it won't take it — it'll tell you to go to the scrapyard.

Rough pay

Ballpark for an undamaged car. The roll on each plate sits a bit under the top of the band.

Kind of carTypical scrap
Cheap beaters (Asea, Ingot, Dilettante, Premier…)About $15,000–$32,000
Mid street cars (Tampa, Sentinel, Buccaneer, Zion…)About $33,000–$60,000
Better scrap cars (Sultan, Elegy, Deviant, Tailgater…)About $40,000–$70,000

Exports

Higher-end cars go to the Vehicle Export Hub at the Port of Los Santos (Elysian Island docks). Same flow: steal, GPS, checkpoint, hop out, progress bar.

Bring a dock car to the scrapyard and it won't take it — it'll send you to the export hub.

Rough pay

Kind of carTypical export
Everyday / luxury (Stratum, Fugitive, Felon, Super Diamond…)About $12,000–$50,000
SportsAbout $30,000–$68,000
Supers (Adder, Zentorno, Tyrus, Thrax…)About $39,000–$74,000

A Barracks in the world is an export car too. Steal one and you go straight to 5 stars.

MWV (Most Wanted Vehicle)

Merryweather names one street-spawnable export car at a time and pays a bounty to whoever delivers it to the same docks as a normal export. Scrap-only cars are never the MWV.

Type /mwv anytime to see the current model and price.

How it pays

The bounty starts at several times that car's normal dock payout — often tens of thousands on a cheap sedan, up around $250,000–$310,000 on a super.

Every 5 minutes it sits, Merryweather adds more. If nobody delivers it, the price can climb as high as $9 million.

Damage still cuts the payout. A shot-up MWV is not a full bounty.

Hunting it

  • The server announces when Merryweather is looking, and again when someone finds it. Finding it is a green light for other players to shoot you.
  • While you're driving it, everyone gets a map blip: MWV - Most Wanted Vehicle. Your own personal car of that model does not light the blip.
  • Deliver it at the export hub, not the scrapyard.
  • First person to finish the export gets the bounty. Then Merryweather goes quiet for about an hour before naming a new car.
  • Needs at least a couple of people on the server or there isn't an MWV.
⚠️

Treat the MWV like a moving heist. The money is the whole point of the blip — expect company on the way to the docks.

Tips

  • Right lot. Scrap cars → scrapyard. Everything nicer, including the MWV → docks.
  • Keep it pretty. Body, engine, and tank all count. A clean delivery is worth a lot more than a rolling wreck.
  • Don't sit in the checkpoint on cooldown. The 2 minutes is real — the prompt will tell you when to come back.
  • Leave the car when the bar starts. You're standing there for 15–25 seconds; cancel and you still have the vehicle.
  • /mwv before you hunt. Don't steal a random super and assume it's the bounty.
  • Barracks. Instant 5 stars, whether it's the MWV or not.
